We built our own recruitment platform because the software available to the industry does not do the work properly.
What it is
Our platform is the operational core of TriTech Search.
It captures the buyer-side scoping work that most placements never get. It runs the matching logic that places candidates against role profiles rather than keyword strings. It tracks retention beyond the placement date and feeds that intelligence back into future matching. And it removes the administrative burden that traditionally consumes most of a recruitment consultant's day, freeing time for the conversations that actually move placements forward.
Why we built it
Generic recruitment software is built for volume placement. Our work is the opposite of volume placement.
The available tools either could not do what we needed, or required us to compromise the methodology to fit the software. We chose the other path.
What it does

Documented hiring briefs from the scoping phase, structured shortlists with reasoning written down, retention tracking visible at three, six, and twelve months, and the time efficiency that allows our consultants to focus on judgement rather than administration.
For candidates
Better matching to roles that genuinely fit, post-placement support that does not end at the offer letter, and the discretion that comes with a system built for sensitive sectors from the start.
