Modern Slavery Statement

Financial year: 2026

Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps that TriTech Search Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") has taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and to implementing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery in our operations and supply chains.

Our Business

TriTech Search Ltd is a specialist recruitment firm operating in the United Kingdom. We provide recruitment services across three verticals:

  • Technical recruitment
  • AI-Accelerated Software Engineering recruitment
  • Cleared Defence and National Security recruitment

Our business is based in the UK, and we operate exclusively within the UK market. We work with clients and candidates in regulated, security-sensitive environments where due diligence and ethical standards are paramount.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains are limited and UK-focused. They primarily include:

  • IT and software service providers (cloud hosting, recruitment platform tools)
  • Professional services (legal, accounting, insurance)
  • Office suppliers and service providers

Given the nature of our business and the sectors we serve, we assess our supply chains as low-risk for modern slavery. However, we remain vigilant and committed to responsible procurement.

Our Policies

We have the following policies and procedures in place to prevent modern slavery:

Ethical Recruitment Practice

As a recruitment firm, we are acutely aware of the risks of exploitation in the labour market. We do not:

  • Charge candidates fees for recruitment services
  • Withhold identity documents or require deposits
  • Restrict candidates' freedom of movement or employment
  • Facilitate roles with exploitative working conditions

Due Diligence

We conduct due diligence on the organisations we work with, particularly when:

  • Engaging new clients (we verify they are legitimate, registered organisations)
  • Selecting suppliers (we review their ethical and employment practices)
  • Assessing roles (we verify employment terms and conditions are lawful and ethical)

Employment Practice

All TriTech Search employees:

  • Are employed in accordance with UK employment law
  • Have written contracts with clear terms
  • Are paid fairly and on time, above the National Living Wage
  • Have the right to freedom of association

Risk Assessment and Management

We assess that our direct operations present a low risk of modern slavery due to:

  • Operating exclusively in the UK within regulated sectors
  • Limited supply chain complexity
  • Working predominantly with established, regulated organisations
  • High due diligence standards in security-cleared environments

However, we remain vigilant and conduct ongoing risk assessments of our operations and supply chains.

Training and Awareness

All TriTech Search employees receive training on:

  • The Modern Slavery Act 2015 and our obligations
  • Recognising signs of modern slavery and exploitation
  • Reporting procedures if concerns arise
  • Ethical recruitment practices

Reporting Concerns

We encourage employees, candidates, clients, and suppliers to report any concerns about modern slavery or unethical practices.

Reports can be made confidentially to: [email protected]

All reports will be investigated promptly and appropriately. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises concerns in good faith.

Measuring Effectiveness

We measure the effectiveness of our approach through:

  • Annual review of suppliers and their compliance with ethical standards
  • Regular training and awareness activities
  • Monitoring of recruitment practices and candidate feedback
  • Review of any concerns or incidents raised

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuous improvement in preventing modern slavery. We will:

  • Review this statement annually
  • Enhance due diligence processes as our business grows
  • Stay informed of best practices and legal developments
  • Engage with industry bodies on ethical recruitment standards
